A second show featuring the Grammy Award-winner Ed Sheeran has been added at Gwinnett’s Gas South District due to overwhelming demand.

The added show will be on Aug. 26 at 7:30 p.m. Sheeran had previously announced a show on Aug. 25 at the venue in unincorporated Duluth.

Sheeran is touring on the heels of his third album “÷” (divide) released in January. It includes the hit singles, “Shape of You” and “Castle On The Hill.” The songs have established Sheeran as the first artist to have two singles make simultaneous top 10 debuts in the chart’s 58-year history.

He has risen to fame with multi-platinum singles in “Sing,” “Don’t,” “Photograph,” and his biggest single to date “Thinking Out Loud.”

The popular live performer played sold out headline shows at some of the biggest venues in the world such as Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts; Suncorp Stadium in Sydney, Australia; and London’s Wembley Stadium.

Tickets for the Aug. 26 show will go on sale at 10 a.m. March 24 and range in price from $39.50 to $99.50.

To purchase tickets, stop by the arena box office, visit gassouthdistrict.com or call 770-626-2464.
