2 Chainz to perform at Georgia Swarm home opener on Dec. 30

Rapper 2 Chainz will be performing during half time for the Georgia Swarm 2017-18 National Lacrosse League home opener at the Infinite Energy Arena against the Rochester Knighthawks in Duluth, Ga. on Dec. 30. It is a big night for the Swarm as they will unveil a banner recognizing their 2017 Champion's Cup title, while the players will receive their 2017 NLL Champion's Cup rings. 

2 Chainz will be performing at half time for the game that is starting at 7:05 p.m. ET. He is best known for his song "No Problem" which he performed with Chance the Rapper and Lil Wayne. It won 2 Chainz the best rap performance at the 2017 Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. on Feb. 12. 

The Swarm and 2 Chainz will have an expanded partnership during the holiday season. There are plans underway that the Swarm will be hosting a free lacrosse clinic to underprivileged youth. During the camp, the Swarm will donate tickets, 2 Chainz merchandise and help provide holiday meals. The Swarm plan to have more concerts throughout the 2017-18 NLL season. 

The 2017-18 NLL season for the Swarm will start on Dec.8 in New England. The Swarm then play the Colorado Mammoth in Denver on Dec. 15 before their home opener against the Rochester Knighthawks on Dec. 30. For tickets, please click here.
