EVENT COORDINATOR - Full Time

Infinite Energy Center is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to assist with all aspects of event planning for events held in each of our facilities to include the Arena, Forum, Theater & Hudgens Center. Interested candidates should be team-oriented, enthusiastic and able to handle all aspects of event management, including scheduling, set-up and production, customer relations, coordination and distribution of information to various departments.  Additional skills include staff supervision, drawing room diagrams, client & promoter interaction, advancing shows, estimating, invoicing and billing.  Auto Cad, Excel, Microsoft Suite and Event Booking programs used.  Must have excellent customer service, organizational, analytical and communication skills and be very detail oriented.  Previous work experience in an Arena/Convention Center/Theater/Hotel is a plus. Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR - Full Time

Infinite Energy Center is looking for a full-time Marketing Communications Coordinator to assist the marketing department with marketing and advertising strategies to ensure strong online presence and brand alignment with Infinite Energy Center’s goals and objectives.   Areas of concentration will include, but are not limited to, database management, social media engagement, online presence, public relations, and promotional execution. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school is required.  Experience with digital new media application is a plus, but not required. Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational and communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. Position requires irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

SECURITY OFFICERS - Part Time

Infinite Energy Center is currently looking for Part-Time Security Officers.  Position requires previous security experience, dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.  Must pass a background check; work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends & holidays; have excellent customer service skills; and be able to use Windows-based computer programs.  Must also meet the physical demands of this position, which includes being able to get in and around the facility (requires personal mobility), lifting, carrying, moving, climbing and moderate to loud noises.

CATERING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Proof of the Pudding

Proof of the Pudding, Atlanta’s premier caterer for over 35 years, is seeking a full-time Catering Account Executive for Infinite Energy Center.

This position is responsible for finding new clients to hold catered events. The job often involves attending industry and networking events, telemarketing, advertising and contacting the competitions client base. Once the account executive discovers a prospective client, they conduct tours of the facility, menu tastings and all meetings with the client.
