BUILDING ENGINEER - Full Time

Infinite Energy Center is looking for a full-time Building Engineer to perform a variety of skilled and unskilled activities involved in the operation and maintenance of the facility’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and general operations.  HVAC experience is required as well as painting and sheetrock repair experience, and general knowledge of building maintenance & system operations.  Previous work experience in a commercial building and/or training at a technical college or other technical training a plus.  Must be able to work a rotating shift including evenings, weekends & holidays.

FORUM EVENT COORDINATOR - Full Time

Infinite Energy Center is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to assist with all aspects of event planning for events held in the Forum at Infinite Energy Center.   Interested candidates should be team-oriented, enthusiastic and able to handle all aspects of event management, including scheduling, set-up and production, customer relations, coordination and distribution of information to operational departments.  Additional skills include staff supervision, drawing room diagrams, client interaction, invoicing and billing.  Auto Cad, Excel, Microsoft Word programs used.  Must have excellent customer service, organizational, analytical and communication skills and be very detail oriented.  Previous work experience in Convention Center/Arena/Theater/Hotel is a plus. Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

TICKET OFFICE COORDINATOR - Full Time

Infinite Energy Center is looking for a full-time Ticket Office Coordinator to oversee ticketing across the campus’s various venues.  Job requires prior box office and accounting experience, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.  Supervisory and event programming experience desired.

MANAGER ON DUTY - Part Time

Infinite Energy Center is looking for a select group of part-time Managers on Duty (MOD) to provide a variety of operational and administrative support to the Event Services, Guest Services, and Operations departments. MOD coordinates and manages on-site events to ensure the event’s specific requirements are met; they maintain responsibility and authority over clients, employees, security, and safety in assigned buildings during events. MOD is also responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards of customer service and facility presentation. Must demonstrate knowledge of industry terminology, facility capabilities, operational procedures, event coordination and event-related services.

Infinite Energy Center is looking for part-time setup staff.  Job requires heavy lifting & a high degree of physical exertion.  Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends & holidays.

SECURITY OFFICERS - Part Time

Infinite Energy Center is currently looking for Part-Time Security Officers.  Position requires previous security experience, dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.  Must pass a background check; work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends & holidays; have excellent customer service skills; and be able to use Windows-based computer programs.  Must also meet the physical demands of this position, which includes being able to get in and around the facility (requires personal mobility), lifting, carrying, moving, climbing and moderate to loud noises.

TICKET SELLERS - Part Time

Infinite Energy Center is looking for part-time Ticket Sellers.  Responsible for selling tickets to all events at the facility including the Forum, Theater and Arena.  Process single ticket sales at the box office and assist with group sales when requested.  All shifts available.  Event ticketing experiences a plus.

CATERING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Proof of the Pudding

Proof of the Pudding, Atlanta’s premier caterer for over 35 years, is seeking a full-time Catering Account Executive for Infinite Energy Center.

This position is responsible for finding new clients to hold catered events. The job often involves attending industry and networking events, telemarketing, advertising and contacting the competitions client base. Once the account executive discovers a prospective client, they conduct tours of the facility, menu tastings and all meetings with the client.

The Mitsubishi Electric Classic is looking to fill two internships to assist staff with various aspects and tasks before, during, and after tournament week.
